We try to maintain a stock of the most common drivers.  These include the following:

PM2A – 15 ohm
PM2A – 15 ohm w/ silver voice coil
DX3
DX4
EX2
EX3
EX4

All are aluminum voice coil, 8 ohm units unless noted otherwise.

Both styles of phase plugs are also normally maintained in stock.

If you want a stock item, and it is out of stock at the time, we will order it for you.  When it arrives, we will contact you and ask for payment.  No deposit will be required.

We will special order any driver you like.  It will take anywhere from 3 months to 3 weeks, depending on how close we are to re-ordering from England.  With special orders we ask for a 20% deposit, which must be paid before the order is placed to England.  If using a credit card, you will not be charged until the order is placed to England, not when you place the order.  The balance must be paid when we have the unit here, and are ready to ship it to you.  All of this is just to insure that we do not get stuck with a difficult to re-sell driver.  You can cancel special orders without penalty up until the time we place the order to England.  Once we place the order to England, you will forfeit the deposit if the order is cancelled.

Cabinet kits usually take 4 to 6 weeks to put together.  We ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit with your order.  The balance is due when we are ready to ship.

Built up cabinet are built to your finish specifications, and we ask for a 50% deposit.  This is due to the cost associated with these, and the difficulty of reselling if you back out.  Once again, expect delivery in 4 to 6 weeks, and the balance is due when we are ready to ship.

Cabinet shipping cost vary, but are usually about $200 to $250 per pair.

Drivers are warranted for 2 years.  Cabinets are warranted for 1 year.

We are unable to accept returns, except for phase plugs.

We work very hard to have great customer service, and to make sure our customers are happy.  If you have any problems, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to correct it.

Shipment to other countries is possible, but expensive.  Please call or write for a quote.  We do not ship drivers to countries that have their own Lowther Clubs, they must provide the drivers for you.
